Further information is available at http://www.mybernette.com Are you ready to make your first sewing project on your bernette 33? In this tutorial video, we show you how to select the desired stitch using the stitch selector dial. For example, you set it to straight stitch by setting the stitch selector dial to position "A". You can then adjust the stitch length as required. When you start sewing, first press the reverse lever and sew some reverse stitches to secure the seam. As you sew, the markings on the needle plate help you to guide the fabric edge through in a straight line. At the end of your seam, secure it with a few reverse stitches as well, and then pull the threads backwards to cut them off with the thread cutter. The video also shows you how to select other stitches, adjust the stitch length and fine-tune the width of the zigzag.
